internet problems

i conntect to the my connection/wifi but when i open anything it wont load or open but it says its connected to internet please help ty

 

It could be anything. You're going to have to give us more info.

 

i think its a virus of some sort but i ran microsoft anti secruity and it said nothing but not 100 percent sure ive turned router on and off 10 times still not working

 

You should just give your ISP a call to be honest, they are the guys who will be able to sort it all out for you. They may even send you a new router as that could be the problem, I know that was the problem for me a few months ago as my router was broken and I could never get online.

Well, it does sound like a virus. Download and run these (Tell me if you don't know how): Malwarebytes and Spybot S&D.

 

Tried a different system/resetting the router?
