Anyway, as summer ends, one of our agents has left, and the other might need to cut down on hours. If you're interested at all, it's a terrific job to earn money while you spend time on the computer doing your routine daily activities. No, this will not earn you as much as a full-time job, but please do not look at this as a full-time job.

If one has nothing to hide, Static should be no problem, but most people these days has dynamic which leads them to scam, steal and change IP to trick/steal more.
Are scanned IDs better or pictures from cameras?
Scanned IDs are better quality, However a good camera with a note and the ID in the same picture would be good.

I text him . Nah I just think logically and act smart. Being 20+ i can think on my own and know whats wrong and right aswell as if something is too good to be true then it probably is.

How do you checkout using Google?
Sign up using your email, contact and business information that Google asks for. Once you have done that you will have to attach a card to your account, then you will be able to make orders.

Are static IPs better or dynamic?
Dynamic, personally I prefer dynamic so sites such as Facebook and Google can't keep track of me. Also it's annoying when someone gets hold of your IP (skids in this case) and they find it fun to DDoS you.

Are scanned IDs better or pictures from cameras?
This is a hard one, I would say scanned IDs are better but in the right hands (someone with good photoshop skills) they can be fake. The same case goes for pictures from cameras, but you can always ask them to make a note on a piece of paper and re-take the picture. If you still think it's fake you can ask for another form of ID (Drivers license, ID, Birth Cert etc)

If I had no form of way to contact him outside of the internet (text/call). I will consult the issue with members of staff who are more experienced with this type of thing before taking it on myself.

I'd love to join, but I have a few questions -

Due to it not being a full time job, does that mean that times are flexible? I have a few commitments that I have to put before anything else.

Also, are people below the age of 18 at a disadvantage to those above 18? Plus, in what form does the parental consent need to come in?

Finally, how would the money be paid. Via. Direct Debit, or PayPal? Or something similar?

    To checkout using Google, you will need to register an email account with them if you haven't. Then you add a valid credit or debit card to the account, and use the information you signed up with to pay.

    Depends on the situation. A static IP is useful to keep a valid file of a customer and knowing their details incase of a fraud attempt, but a dynamic IP is useful when you don't want to be tracked.

    If I had to verify an ID, I would prefer it to be taken from a camera because a scanned photo can be easily edited (of course so can a picture from a camera), but with a camera you could always ask the buyer to add their name on a piece of paper next to the ID. You can ask them to take pictures of the ID from several different angles to verify that it is legitimate.

If not, and it was a HUGE deal, I would do nothing, and wait till I talked with Grave. If I think I could manage the possible consequences on my own, and it was a small executive decision, I would do what I thought was right.

Why should we hire you?

Now this one is the key, I'd say. It always comes down to this. First off, I don't want to give a generic speech, blah blah blah. On paper, I'm nothing special, probably looks bad. But as a person, I think i'm quite a guy. I manage a restaurant, everyday. And the one thing that I do right, is please customers. I have a knack for customer service, and I always have. When I worked at Spencers, I got employee of the month 4 months in a row for outstanding customer service, which I'm very proud of. This fact is also the reason my business is doing so well, because I care about the customer, honestly. Another big issue is maturity, I'll be honest 2 years ago, I would have not been reliable. I'm 19 years old, which is young.... it is... But I am Married, own my OWN Condominium, and manage my own business, while working full time. I'm as mature as they come, while still having that deep teenage angst(he-he). I would have no doubt in my mind that if you knew me in person, you would hire me in a heartbeat, but that isn't the case. This is the internet, and anyone could be saying this. I have evidence to back up everything I'm saying, and of course will present it, in anyway you wish. I also have multiple sellers permits, for the state of California, a Business License currently instated with the IRS, etc. These things do take responsibility, and I am very aware, and handle business as what it is, business, but while also not losing sight of what is important, well a few things. Personally I think the customer being happy is the first and foremost thing, you need to worry about, always. Without them, no one would have a business. Secondly, making sure you're staying on top. This one is tough, I struggle with it with my own business, beating out your competition, while still maintaining respect, and honor. This may be on the the toughest things. The bottom line of why I think i'm special is, I know EXACTLY how to run a business, and I'm a fun and laughable guy to be around. The best of both worlds, business, and fun. Some key traits I find in myself and have been told by others are : Honesty, Caring, and Successful.
