    Grave - Mistreatment of Workers - Holding Pay Ransom - Illegal

    Grave is grossly abusing his employees by threatening to hold / keep their payment. A worker at his company, RSU Meth, applied at R2Pleasent for a job. Because of his experience, we were very excited to have him work for us. We offered him much higher earnings, and decreased hours.

    He told me he was taking the job, and then went to Grave to let him know he was planning to leave RSU. At this point, Grave supposedly required Meth to work another 5 days in order to get things settled. I thought this was fine, and I had no problem with it.

    Fast forward 1 week+. Grave is now threatening to WITHHOLD payment from RSU Meth "until he finds a replacement". As in, he is threatening to KEEP $1500 that Meth EARNED through working at RSU ( the work is already DONE ). I think this is extremely unfair, and downright illegal. Meth tries to justify Grave's actions by saying Grave's sister "amended the contract later to include this clause." Do we condone Grave keeping a worker's salary? He is abusing his power by holding Meth's payments.

    Sorry Grave, but this is absolutely gutless behaviour. Your employees have basic rights, and threatening to essentially steal their payment just because they are looking to leave their position is the same as scamming.

    I am banning him permanently within 24 hrs is this isn't resolved. His contract doesn't override sythe.orgs scamming rules. End of story.
