Progress: Create new account and advance beyond Tutorial, Verify, Defeat First Chapter Boss then progress to Level 10

**Notes:
1. Account creation and verification only begins upon receipt of payment.
2. Willing to discuss discounts for Bulk Account Orders
3. Willing to discuss Substitutions (ie, 3:1 CW for HP, Rares = 1 HP etc.)
4. ALL accounts will be verified and able to claim presents under "Presents that need verification"
5. Typically I will use 5 x Personal CW from account creation to progress to Level 10 for Option D. If you wish me not to use these let me know, but this will increase the amount of time required.
6. If no Referral Code is given I will use my own.
