Pretty unhappy with VPSInfinity.com

So I come back to check how my bot is doing. For some reason VNC authentication is failing. So I log into the server via Putty and reset the password. When I finally gain access to my VPS I see workspaces open (Ubuntu) which means someone else has been on there because I never click that shit. Find my account cleaned in Edgeville bank. No one has access to my email to find VPS IP and password info, haven't been clicking any dodgy stuff and Malwarebyte's can't pick anything up.

Tomorrow I'm going to ask for my monthly fee to be refunded and ask for server connection logs (if they store any)

Pretty shitty if you ask me.

Got an email back, my server was compromised by what seems to be a staff/ex staff member.

They're being very helpful, while they're still investigating I've been given the attacking IP and commands to bring up logs detailing when my server was accessed by it.
