markee_vet scammed my 100m

He decided to buy my 200m and we agreed to go half/half. So, after i gave him my 100m, after a while, he said he have sent the money. I asked for the mtcn number( to track the transfer) , he said it's not provided and i asked for his phone number, he said he can't give because of security reason. And all the time, he keep saying that if i am trying to scam him, give me my other 100m. I keep asking him the proof of the amount sent. He said he already sent it. I then asked for the screenshot, he said the page can't be reopened.

In the future, chat logs don't count as proof. However I traced the WU info myself (for $105, not $85) and it was still invalid. He's also a ban evader
