Anyone play card games?

Such as Magic, WoW tcg, Pokemon, Yugioh ect..?
Im was wanting to know what is one thing you like about how the game plays and whats something you can't stand?

 

I play MTG have done for about two years now.

 

Used to play Pokemon and Yugioh (still sort of play Yugioh), played WoW TCG but never owned any WoW cards.. As for Magic I've played games of Magic with friend's cards but it doesn't appeal nearly as much to me as Yugioh.. I don't know why, I guess nostalgia is part of it but I always thought Yugioh was the perfect TCG.

 

I used to play with Pokemon cards in primary school, Yugioh cards in secondary, i got quite into Yugioh used to go to tournaments and stuff, was actually pretty good i won a few, went to a regional championship in london to, but got my ass handed to me.

Nowdays nono stopped that shizzle ages ago.

 

I used to do Yugioh tournaments back in the day too, was a lot of fun as a kid. Haven't really played with my cards in a while but every now and then I get a nostalgia match.

 

I have $100 - $150 worth of old school MTG cards. (Like some as old as the 4th core set, but sadly none from the first.) No one around here much plays so i don't get to play anymore.

 

Never got too into Pokemon cards, although I still have some around. I did get pretty big into Yu-Gi-Oh cards. That lasted for only a couple years, though. Only played MTG once and then forgot about it.

But ya, I don't play card games anymore. Last time I played one I was probably like 11 or 12.

 

I was really into Yu-Gi-Oh, I never got into any other card game besides that. I remember playing it a lot back in the day, and I even went to the movie (primarily for the card given to you in entry). I actually have my cards in my room right now, and I still now how to strategically play. I haven't played in awhile, though, the last time I've played was when Cosrob was hosting a Yu-Gi-Oh tournament. Fun times.

 

I used to have Shoot-Out Cards (Football) and Yu-Gi-Oh in primary school, I never knew how to play properly but I still enjoy collecting them.

 

Wish i still had my cards, don't know what the fuck i done with them, i had some really rare ones and a nice collection in general.

For example i had Full Oxodus or whatever it was called, bad times could of sold them :/

 

I have a ton of very nice yugioh cards but never played against people, just collected (about 10 yrs ago lol)

 

I used to be crazy into yu-gi-oh but then i kinda grew out of it then tried MTG and idk i wasn't a huge fan of it. I think it would be fun to get back into some sort of card game just as a hobby, but i really don't know what one I'd choose to play as getting started and maintaining and kind of good deck for any game takes a fair amount of money

 

I played mtg for years, just recently sold my cards on ebay for $475 usd most of which i won at tournaments. I would still more then likely play but i moved because of work to a shithole town with not cardshop close by and no close friends to play with. It was fun but took up alot of my time and friday night magic definitely ruined quite alot of my social life XD .
