first when i saw picks i wanted to ask if you didnt use any fast roids or slow roids becaus your improvement in 7months are pretty nice when i saw pics its clearly visible prolly not roided up anything at all and just so called beginner gains.good gains man,good attitude,you were all 7 months clear on bulking diet? nice gains,nice attitude,i get kicked out of bulking mostly so often because of rl and stress sh prolly you couldnt even call bulking or permanent bulking lol,btw by saying this i remembered one thing,your body adapts to calories intake and lets say what happends if you take something for too long,it doesnt work like it used to,my point is people do that thing with high calories then drop to low cals for some time,your body goes into starvation mode which will precent as less as calories being used then when it adapts to it then bam you hit 5000 cals and your body stores shitload of calories,this is useful prolly if you have like stresfull days and some type of period so you make your mental problems or rl problems fixed and stay as low as possible on food isntead of trying to maintain calories which you want to eat but you cant because of rl shit bothering you,than when it gets past you must be ready to get the high ass meal with 1000cals in the morning for a start lol
