Requesting a Ban for "We Stacked on Figures"

Now to start this off, let me say: This guy is a piece of scum. He has scammed MULTIPLE users here on Sythe (including I), and reporting posts of all the victims of his scams.

I am the one that got him the TwC in the first place, but now I am requesting a full on ban.

Everything went fine, he got the TwC, but NOTICE what Sypherz says "He only uses proxies." OBVIOUS SCAMMER ALERT PART 1.

Now take these into account. Here is a dispute for him from about the time when he first joined. He scammed 5m (but claims he disconnected) but refunded it and got banned. Okay. SCAMMER ALERT PART 2.
