    I see so many Newcomers with like a day of time coming and trying to sell their super high level accounts or something and I see this unsafe as they can recover and just leave the website with no consequences.

    I am Suggesting that they have a month of Time being on the website.

    And that they have atleast 25 or 50 posts

    This and no one is forcing anyone to trade with them. If someone decides to buy the account we have to assume they know the risk associated with it. Anyone who has any knowledge of runescape what-so-ever will know the ease of recovering an account.
