I won't publicly display the proof linking him to this paypal for his own safety, but I will comply to releasing it to a staff member via PM if necessary.

I don't want to see him perm banned unless he refuses to comply with the temporary hold. All he has to do is call PayPal and tell them to release the funds. If he doesn't comply to this, I would like to see a perm ban set in place. I have only talked to him on my Live Chat, so I can't reach him any where other than Sythe PM, which I've already attempted to do. I'll give him the benefit of the doubt considering so far he's been a loyal customer and these aren't unauthorized claims.
