    My goal is to lose 60-80 pounds before new years; and for shits and grins i will be doing a progress log of it.

    The reason im setting out to do this is to finally lose my half beer belly and get at least a little stronger. I will be updating this every friday and will give weekly results. i have a before picture that i will be posting once i get my after pictures.


    Week 1: 260 LBS.

    final goal: 180-200 LBS

    good luck. I know you can do it because I did almost the exact same last year and was successful! I was 250 now I am 175. Just remember that every calorie matters. Stay away from the snacks, especially while watching TV.
