I need to buy some accounts but the accounts are easy and everyone probally has one 1 or 2 spare ones.

Accounts:
I want them to be lvl 3 I dont care if the other stats are trained or not so they can be a completely new account.

Why?
I need some new lvl 3's as for some reason every time I try to register them I never get the emails.

They must have NO account security questions or email set.

I will pay 200-300k for each one (since you can make them in 5 seconds lol) and for some of you thinking that I will be using them as mules and wanting to recover the account after a couple of days well your wrong lol I have a different purpose which would be of no use to any of you guys lol.
So if you have a account or two laying around pm me.
