Looking to buy a lot of HP for ROB

I saw that people were posting to sell and buy ROB products so I thought i'd try my luck. I am paypal verirfied. So if anyone is looking at selling HP let me know the price and how many?
Also I've never done this before so don't really know how these transactions work. Like how do I get my purchases since the transaction is done outside of the game? How do I know if someone is legit or not and won't take my money & leave?
So if you can help answer some of these questions for me that'd help out a lot.

Im out of Stock at the moment but best advise I can give ya is to do your research. Look up a seller/buyer see if they have sold to anyone else and if they carry a good name. Work with Verified accounts only.
