Stokenut is far from legit. Almost positive when he was in dragon dyce he scammed 900m.

He didn't commit fraud. and he didn't breach any copyrights.

The ONLY thing he can be arrested for is if they pull an IRS agency into it; selling anything over 2000$ in worth in the states without paying taxes is highly illegal. He also sold "what isnt his" - Ingame currency is owned by the game and not owned by the player; therefor "selling" it is somewhat illegal.

Win all day does pay taxes. I remember in his powerbot gold selling thread he said one time about how he has to report all of his earning to the IRS or something. That is why on Powerbot he charges some weird tax to his customers when he sells gp lol.
