PlayerAuction question

Yesterday, was trying to buy gold from another Sythe user via PA.

I pay PA with moneybookers but it took way too long for them to confirm the payment. So after 6 hours, I cancelled the order and I wanted to make a new one. However, the money involved seems to disappear without a trace.

Moneybookers have claimed that the money have been sent to PlayerAuction.

Anyone knows where did the cash go to and who have had similar experiences?

Also how long will this case be resolved?

 

Since it is a weekend the money will not be refunded until Sunday night. They don't refund during the weekend.

 

If for whatever reason it's not refunded, get the transaction ID from MB and talk with Player Auctions's live support. I'm sure they will get it squared away.

 

Both parties just push the blame to the other party. Its pretty frustrating...

Speak to both parties now that it is no longer the week end Keep pestering them if they just send you back and forth and it will be sorted.
