RSzerker Daily Topic/Rant #2

Today is not going to be a rant, but a topic. The topic is: 120 for all levels.

Like dungeoneering, should all levels be 120? I personally think no. We already use so much of our life on Runescape, and can't afford to waste more, if you actually want to succeed in school, work and/or relationships. The amount of xp it takes to reach level 120 is equvilant to 8, 99's in any other skill. A whopping 104m xp (estimate). But I do believe it would be fun to be able to achieve a 120 in another skill besides dungeoneering. Maybe if all skills could go to level 120, but all combat skills stay 99, just so everything doesn't get over powered. I do think we should get a nice looking, special cape when we reach max experience in a certain skill. Something not many people have, a new cape to be proud of, since everyone has a 99 these days. I don't think anyone has maxed xp in every skill, but I'm sure by time someone does it, they're a 10 year veteran. And maybe, just maybe, they can cash in their vet cape, and the maxed xp cape, to make an Ultimate cape! Only very few would get that far in RS. If you really want to achieve something, and waste 15 years of your life doing it, that would be a cool idea. Much better then 120 in all skills. That would piss so many people off who got all 99's and were "better" then everyone else, because they would need to keep skilling, to keep there "better" status. If you think all skills should be 120 or not, leave a comment, you can forget about my ramble of new capes haha . Just me and my mind thinking.

Look man, people dont care about your personal rants and or opinions. Thought you may have perceived that with the super great reception upon your first "rant". Now if you made videos and stuff and provided more insight to your 'rants' maybe people would find them more interesting, sythe would still not be a very good medium for them either. Not trying to flame or start bullshit and or deal with snarky comments. The fact is this isnt your blog, supreme omega is right .

 

Ok, sorry. What would a fun, entertaining thing be, to do on here.

 

What you can do is make video blogs and share them on Sythe. Give that a try.

Why do you care if kids waste away their life on this game? It's not your life or problem, so don't worry about it. I don't see a point to added more levels to current combat skills, maybe if they introduced a bunch of new weapons, armor, etc. it would be cool but other than that I don't see a point.

 

I don't mind but, I don't like the XP..
Like level 92 is REALLY high already.. but its only half way to 99?
Doesn't really make sense especially when 92-99 doesn't make THAT much of a difference

Okay, well first of all, I'm Canadian, us Canadians care about people, and secondly, I'm naturally a nice person, who likes to observe others lives (not a stalker lol), I like learning about people, and why we do the things we do. I'm currently planning to become a lawyer. So I duno why I care, it's just me

I'm always down for more levels to gain. I think the maxed players of RS would enjoy that to. Plus have you seen some of the emotes people have made on YouTube for other 120 capes? They're insane.
