Send them a email to [email protected]. Then just go from there.

99/100 a permanent ban is what is says it is. I've tried a ton of methods on one of my accounts, but if you find a way, please let me know.

 

I doubt you will ever get this account unbanned. The fact that it was banned three years ago and banned for botting makes it almost impossible.

If we were to unban your account we would not set a good example to the majority of our players who abide by our rules. We have a zero tolerance policy regarding macros we are unable to make exceptions to our rules in individual circumstances.

That's not true. All perm bans have a 5 year expire date until you can re-appeal.
