Jagex takes on Dicing

Dicing is kind of ridiculous anyway. I could give a fuck about RWT but keep the dicing out.

I think this is more of an attempt to scare people off as they're only eliminating figure heads of the community. My question is what good is it? Any smart trader isn't going to keep their gold on their public account.

 

Go to Stokenuts YouTube channel and look at his most recent video where he has stated he made 50K off dicing, which he claimed was earning him 250$ an hour, 1000$ a day.

Just, wow - huge uproar from his subscribers though.

 

Calling BS on Stokenut making 250$an hour.

He hasnt sold more then 10b roughly if that.

 

How can you track what someone sells?
I could sell a Chinese site 100b and no one would ever know.. so how would you know how much he has sold.

i agree most of the numbers false information or a lie. Even chinese sites make less.

 

Player gambling brings hundreds and hundreds of billions into the active black market. With potentially less gold available to sell, the RWT price of gold will go up. You're right about gambling not affecting the total GP value of Runescape, but it does have an incredibly significant part in the black market trade of GP. It's basically a huge funnel that brings gold from normal players directly into the hands of GP sellers.

 

I'm not sorry at all. JaGex are actually doing something about there Game, hopefully they continue to do this and make it A world of mystery's and NOT a Casino.
