game-zone scammed me (and others!)

Briefly explain the trade: I wanted to purchase 3 games via paypal from him, as i already made 1 solid trade with him. In the 2nd case, I went first & after my payment, he found several reasons for not delivering my gifts, until finally, not appearing on MSN anymore.

Please take a look at what he stated @ the conflict, i made on the payment of 44$ on Paypal. You can clearly see, that he is trying to ripp me off my money:
