Hey guy, how much can a lvl 3 skiller with 99 rc earn per hr?

 

I'd say 500k+ per hour depending on multiple variables. I'd suggest getting 57 summoning for gharak.

 

so i just train another 57 summoning?

 

Actually, than it wouldn't be a level three anymore and you'd need quite some time for 57 summ

Without the summ I'd say about 200K-300K per hour.

 

What are the method for 200k - 300k per hr?

 

Cosmic runes, law runes

Natures can't be done because the monsters on Karamja would kill you.
Astrals can't be done because of the level 111 monsters on the island.

Yeah, about 300K / HR which isn't bad for a lvl 3.
