Are you buying it in the dungeon or buying it to be smuggled out?

 

I think the fc Keyer does sell hexes. I doubt anyone on sythe would sell you one.

 

I'm new to the whole aspect of buying a Hex bow.

I wasn't sure if I could have someone give it to me through game during a dg.

 

it's an extremely rare drop, so it'll be hard for someone to past a price because it could take 1 day or 3 months, it's best to just leech floors and when one drops buy it off the keyer.
