Have you ever been arrested/ 'caught by the cops'?

Been caught with a quarter ounce of weed before and we just had to tip it in the grass (guy had a damn sniffer dog)

Another time my friends and I had been out driving after getting 1/8 and decided to park up in this secluded dead-end housing estate with a small exit leading toward a local shopping complex. We had just finished rolling, hopped out of the car and one friend had a joint behind his ear, another had one in his hand. We were looking for somewhere a little further from where we had parked so we could go smoke in peace when all of a sudden, these 2 guys walk past. We didn't think much of it so carried on looking for somewhere to smoke. 30 seconds later, these guys turn around and start walking towards us. I point them out to my friends who tell me to stop being so paranoid. They finally got to us and one of them opens his jacket and says "just so you know who we are, kids..." and points to his police uniform hidden under his plain clothing. Needless to say, we shat ourselves. I quickly started to fabricate a story that we weren't local and just wanted to get to the local casino and that Google maps had told us to walk through this path toward the shopping complex. Amazingly, the officers both believed us and gave us directions to get there in the car. Couldn't believe we had managed to talk our way out of it when 2 of us were standing there with joints in plain sight.

 

Lol, im barely ever in trouble. Nope never been in trouble with the cops.

the closest thing to me to a cop is a random guy accusing me for stealing from a shop and I have to show the shop owner the receipt before I am leaving

 

They always pull teens over here in the UK late at night. Happened to us the other night, having a Tesco trolley didn't help. They are not allowed to order you to give your details, but when we refused, they said they could get us done for theft of a trolley - even though we found it no way near Tesco. Effectively blackmail!

 

I was egging cars on a two lane road with a few friends. We got the wrong people apparently and they caught up to us and tackled me and my friends. After being pinned down for a few minutes, the cops came. We could've been charged with felony vandalism because the damages (allegedly) totaled to around $1500 per car. We got let off with no charges but had to pay for the paint on the cars that stopped to be repaired.

Apparently egg shells chip off car paint really well.

 

Yeah, but I'd rather not share why. I'm a good kid and all just did something stupid

 

I've never personally been in contact with police, I have a clean record. But I have multiple friends who have had some interesting run ins with cops, haha.

Anyway I went to court today with one of my friends. The other friend wasn't there so I texted him as me and my other friend entered court. I said "Yo where you at?" and he replied, "Chillin' at the crib what's good?". Me and my friend laughed so damn hard haha. Anyway me and my friend were charged with 'open container'. Plead guilty and only got a $50 fine.

Then I walked outside and my car got towed. No fucking lie. Added another 190$ -____________________-

 

Record isn't clean, lots of dumb shit.

 

Latest one was by a bunch of townhouses in the city when me and 4 others finished smoking a few blunts when a cop car comes right up in front of us and asks what we were up to. Took down our ID and they picked up the scent of kush from our clothing & breath and decided to park their car like 500ft away to keep an eye on us. One of the guys with us didn't have an ID on him and he was on parole but the cops didn't really bother much. We told them we were waiting to watch a boxing match on TV and going to my house...lmao because I was the only person who wasn't Mexican in the group and looked like I belonged to one of the town houses.
The cops watched us for like 20 minutes or something. They were pretty cool. I was so baked I just stood there staring at the two officers during the whole thing. Haha..

 

Been arrested for DUI ( I was on a bike...no joke)

Narcotics possesion (Was like 30 pills of oxy, selling at the time)

And countless misdemeanors, peti-theft, trolley hopping, etc.

 

Only once for grafitti. I was doing it to advertise the pure clan I was in at the time EoP pride, no regrets. In the end I made the officer laugh so much that he let me go with just a warning and a few hour lecture.

A few years ago my friend and I discovered we could take merchandise from stores into the bathrooms, unwrap it, remove the security tag, stuff it into our pockets, and leave the store. We did this many times at major retailers without getting caught. However one day, we finally were discovered when one of the workers followed us out of the store. He told us we either give the merchandise back or he's calling the cops. We immediately gave it back to him and he let us off. I think it was a great experience, shoplifting was becoming a horrible addiction of mine before this event finally scarred me and snapped me back to reality.

 

Cops in my city usually don't care about weed too much. However if you're running a grow up, you're screwed. I've dealt with cops when I was really young, middle school years and elementary, and recently just one cop cause my parents threw a fit over me smoking some pot, cause I'm Chinese, and they're quite strict. The cops told me not to do it around the house if you're gonna do it. When I was younger I was throwing a fit over something stupid, so my parents resorted to calling the cops.

I got caught drinking in the street once on the way to a club, so I hid the can in my pocket but it fell out and spilled all over my shoe. The coppers just laughed and didn't say anything about it.

I also got caught going for a piss in the street. I was off my rocker at the time, and my housemate joined in so I wouldn't have to spend the night in a cell by myself if I got caught. We got caught, they took down false details as I said I didn't have my ID on me, and they let us go. Got off scott free.

If you're talking about getting caught or arrested for smoking weed ONLY. Then no, I haven't.

I always smoked rolled spliffs or hot knives when I smoked. Which legally they can't arrest you for being high (at least they couldn't back then). The worst they could give you is a ticket for being under the influence in public (nowadays anyway). I was told by many reliable people while I was in my group home that you could smoke a spliff, smell like weed and talk to a police officer and they can't arrest you as long as you don't have any weed on you. (by reliable I mean lawyers and such that would come and speak to the kids at the home about our rights and things as minors)

I always smoked it in a way that I would bring out a spliff or two and then when we were done, there would be nothing left behind. Technically, your friend was right, if you all had thrown away your shit, you wouldn't have even gotten a ticket (unless they went down and found it). At least not in Canada. I don't know where you live, it might be different.
