Offhands1 Scammed Me For 19M

Briefly explain the trade: Well basically I made a thread asking for anyone to sell me a month upgrade, he claimed he had 2 'big' vouches and that I could video the trade, so I did, half way through he claimed that he had another buyer and asked me to buy a 3 month upgrade which was pushing it, but I proceeded to buying the 3 month for 22M, 19m before, 3m after. Once the 19m had been traded over as you see in the video he logged out and put me on his ignore list. However would it be possible to give him a chance to give my 19M back as it was nearly all my bank since I just rebuilt? Thankyou, video link is underneath,

I've banned him for scamming you, ban evading from his previous account 'runescapeaddict', and for self-vouching himself with another account 'sunlight', which is also being banned.

Sorry for your loss. If he volunteers to refund your money then I will try to get it back, but with a guy like this it is not likely.
