[RSGP]Buying Runescape Advert Script/Hiring Experienced Scripter[Simba/Other]

Looking for a script/scripter for advertising an fc/cc.
Features im looking for are as follows(ones with * aren't mandatory;

[]Autotypes while allowing other screens to be open
[]Multi-Logs with 4+ accounts
--Iv'e heard people use VPS's for this but I dont know what or how those work
[]Creates new accounts*
--Heard this may not be possible since email registration, if it is I would buy as part of this script or individually
[]Refreshes after the 6hr break handler

I'm willing to pay a VERY fair price for a script that can do all of these. I'd prefer a script in simba but would be willing to look at other options. Also if someone could explain or atleast define VPS for me it yould be greatly appreciated.

A VPS is a type of server. It's like a PC inside a PC, with a lot of ram/bandwidth, things like that. You pay per month to have one, and you just set your bot up and go.

It uses LifeType, something I created. It types very human-like by inserting one letter at a time to imitate actual typing (as opposed to most auto typers that just throw all the text up which is very noticable.)

It took me a good while to program it and I would appreciate it if I could have some nice feedback on how I'm doing.

Edit: it doesn't use simba or scar or anything like that because those are detectable and will have you banned in a heartbeat. This uses one account the legit way.
