Anyone have a link to the R2lite client?

The client is basically the runescape desktop client but loads up in java and only shows the game window. It's quick and easy. But I cannot find it for the life of me. Perhaps the name is different?

 

Do you live in Texas? If so, you can't download it. And if you don't try looking through the Runescape downloads.

 

The runescape downloads has the official runescape client which sucks.

The one I'm looking for has been made 3rd party and is just a java application which loads the game and nothing else. No adverts or any of that garbage.

 

Bullshit. I live in texas and have downloaded it from multiple locations never using a proxy or anything, i know there is supposed to some sort of legal bullshit but i have 2 irl friends as well as myself who have played from the client for years without issue .

I have never heard it called "R2lite" however but i downloaded the client from the above link.. did you not try google ? "download runescape' and it was the first thing that popped up ..

 

^Chill bro. Like I said it's says I can't download from this area (Texas). So thats good if you and your friends did. As for the RS client your looking for have you tried swiftkit?

 

I am chill its just funny people saying that bs about texas not being able to download the client .. ive lived in austin all the way to texoma and have played rs via client and downloaded it anywhere and everywhere in between with no issue ..

i would be VERY weary of trusting any third party client outside of swift kit: www.swiftkit.net

Is it actually safe?

 

Yeah. I've used it in the past many times. All it does is load the runescape game window. There was a version in the past I believe with an auto talker and other shit.

The only reason I use this is because the official runescape game client is a piece of shit and will crash at random times, especially when I’m pking.
