ban resolution[Zerkerfist / sypherz]

hello staff,
http://sythe.org/showthread.php?t=1446014 on that thread zerkerfist states i finished 1/2 of the order that was scammed by when i was hacked and than the OP posted that i finished there was a mis-understanding i looked through the pics and it WAS indeed me offering the refund i though the hacked had done it because i always worked like that you can ask zerkerfist i always promise my costumers the fastest time or ill issue somekind of refund/more tokens so i do agree to that.
but the 2nd part me faking a hacking... if i was to fake a hacking why would i waste two weeks repaying my costumers back.
and 3rd of all when the user kinaesthic was hacked and i spoke to the hacker i didnt know it was someone oulse cus they both talked to me like the orginial guy was, therefor i think that's invalid argument because he could have easily read my chat logs ect as i call everyone of my costumers "boss"
4th of all im not sure if the refund is MANDATORY before i get unbanned as i finished the services i understand it took longer than expected but im a football player and im sorry but my future will come before anyone oulse

i will understand if i cant be unbanned until i refund him 27.5m but i think thats bullshit he should be happy that i didnt walk more than 200m was scammed from sythe users and money i had for my goldshop 2b+ was highjacked i could have just said fuck this and not have refunded them and to the botting PLEASE ask him for adventurers log pictures he said he would upload them when he accused me cus i said you sir are 100% dumb ask zerkerfist when im dunging hardcore specially alone i sometimes take up to 40+ minutes to answer in this case i finished so late i just left the dungeon and went to sleep without saying a word. i know im putting alot of weight into Zerker but he has leeched on accounts with me as a leech im a fast keyer he knows that finding teams is a bitch. so i sometimes take LONG to find teams and get an actual dungeon done. that was a long (p.s) haha but thanks again staff hope to have the opportunity to be in this amazing community once more.

IMO it is extremely sketchy that you and the hacker are both from the same state and both called the other guy "boss". That's enough to keep you banned in my book but I'd like to see some other opinions
