[Request for Restitution] - X-Shadow

Ban reason that was shown to you: MY original ban reason was selfvouching with my brother, but they added multitime scamming and evading (Which is true, I admit to all of this)
Additional details/story: My story goes back to 2010, including Spyike, Skele and Finn in this. Spyike caught me self-vouching my brother and I was pardoned by Finn then I were unbanned. However, I made a huge mistake after being banned, I evaded on the account Saradyl and PM'ed Spyike that Finn pardoned me and he could unban me. So as the story continues, me and my brother made lots of accounts, multitime scamming and I bought an account once but admitted to Verts in the IRC.

Why I feel I should have an another chance? Because during those 2½ years, I've changed alot. Those who know Spyike, will know how he was with scammers and people "like" me. However I changed whenever I joined his forum, I gained his trust enough so I was promoted to Staff over there.

I also would like to say that Richard promised all of us on Spyike a special dispute, which he would only review. As far as I know, my account is deleted here and that Richard himself would personally look on our pardons/disputes then deny or accept.

This is what I have to say, I will not disappoint any of you, if I get the chance to return. If not, well then the life goes on.

If there's something I missed, please add it in, I'm admitting and telling from what I can remember.

I cannot grant restitution to members who were banned for legitimate reasons, like scamming.
