As someone who was banned for 3+ months for "Associating with undesirables", I am thrilled to see this being handled by one of the best Sythe staff I've seen in a long time.

While some people who were banned for things of that nature deserve to remain banned, there are definitely the ones who got thrown into the mix and definitely deserve another chance.

Looking forward to seeing Sythe thrive on for many more years to come!

You kinda had the same take i had on the issue, though i dont know any of the affected personally or the ex staff in question im glad to see the others stepping in and even making the attempt to right some wrongs done by others in past. This is probably the most pleasing public action made by any sythe moderators i have been around to see, makes me feel much better knowing there are some good quality people on staff here.

Is there any specific users this is pointed towards? I know the ones that were banned during that 'undesirable' banning spree, but any members by name that we could possibly look for contact information for?

So, basically the only people whom I believe actually deserve this: x9, ss23 and the rest of ghost (sorry it's been a long time and my memory fails me) are unable to be unbanned/undeleted? I don't see how this is great news.

This is great... but can you blame the people that were banned unjustly for doing stupid things afterwards? Scamming of course I wouldn't tolerate, but if they constantly ban evaded or did something annoying that the member should stay... we'll see! The first one seems like it passed through with 100% so far =o.

it's all good and well to see this happening but i just wish something was done long long ago. it's unlikely any of the members removed from the community will ever be as active as they were. why has it taken so long?

 

I smell an upcoming wave of scammers.
Check those reports very well, we don't want even more scammers back into this community >.<

Bring back all community involved members but don´t let them allow to trade accounts or use recoverable payment methods and for items wich cant be recovered after the trade don´t let them them trade without an omm except they go first.
