    I have a gaming PC I don't need and posted on eBay classifieds and Craigslist.
    Haven't gotten an offer all day.
    Any better place to post the AD?

    You may be asking for too much, if you haven't got a response. If you just posted it today though you may want to wait another day or two, it usually takes a while from my experiences.

    Also, would it be a good idea to just sell the parts individually (On eBay) instead of the entire PC?

    You can still sell on sythe and arrange an irl meetup. When I was looking to sell my old desktop I posted it here and got over 5 offers in just a few hours so it's worth a try I guess.

    Sythe is a great place depending on where you live. For example Ireland wouldnt be a great place but New York/Sanfran would be awesome.
