Scammed by V4vendetta for 125 - Charged back

Saw the other post about Vendetta charging back so I went to check my paypal and it seems like he also charged back my payment as well.



I have a video of the trade if needed. I just figured I would provide further proof of Vendetta's chargebacks.

He is also messaging me on MSN now, saying that he wants to pay me along with everyone else. He seemed like a decent guy, hopefully it all pans out and it was just an error or something like that.

 

If you could upload the video to this thread that would be great. Can you also show another snapshot from PayPal showing the sellers details? I want to make sure it matches the same PayPal from the other scam report.

I left a note on v4's thread, as before I banned him he posted that he wanted to refund Skim. Multiple people have been scammed and I feel it is best that he is banned in the mean time. However, if he is willing to refund everybody who has been charged back, then we just need to make sure you have adequate proof that you were indeed charged back before I can hold him liable for refunding you.

 

What do you mean my the sellers details? In that screenshot, it shows his email and name? Is there anything else needed?

I have no idea what I meant before, I think I got confused and thought it was showing your details? Derp.

V4vendetta is already banned as you know, but if he returns and wishes to repay all his customers like he claims he does, then you will be in line for a reimbursement. I will keep in contact with you and let you know if I hear from him.
