Man steals 4.7B RSGP with Gun Threat, in the news.

I am decent friends with the person this happened too. He is a really nice guy and diddnt deserve what happened. I suggested he take this kid to civil court and try and sue for $3000 that was stolen.

The kid was a dumbass , he didn't physically have the item so he could have stalled because he still had leverage. The guy wasn't going to "shoot him" if he couldn't get the password... When he have the password away the victims leverage was gone so that would have been the most dangerous situation. In essence the kid should have just said "if ur going to shoot me ur not getting jack shit cus u need the password"

In all seriousness though, this is quite sad that a person robbed somebody for RSGP.. just another example of your typical RS personality these days. I can imagine the experience was traumatizing for the delivery guy, and I hope that the robber realizes now the seriousness of the situation.

The thing that pissed me off the most though, was the guy who wrote the article. He makes everybody sound so nerdy and basically makes RS players sound like a bunch of comic book nerds. Anybody agree?

 

Like the article said, the rsgp is good as cash. Worth a few thousand dollars!

Omg? Well not gonna lie, I made a serious post and when I clicked to post the reply it said something about an internal error and when I reloaded back it was blank again.

So what I was gonna say is that its funny how you guys say like "Wow, that dude committed a crime for just a game?" But the true point is that RuneScape is not only a game, its an addiction. You guys need to stay away as it will have consequences in life. I am glad that he went to jail and hopefully he realises what he has done.
