His first 3 replies were very fast (1 or 2 minutes after I sent a message he would reply) but after I said he can't login until a middleman had the money he wouldn't reply for 40 minutes even though he has been posting and viewing other threads (as evident by his profile).

I'm not saying he's a scammer but not replying after I said he can't login is VERY suspicious.

 

Can you post screen shots of the entire PM conversation here? We can't accept raw text quotes like that, as they could easily be edited.

If you can provide those, I will check him out a bit more and see if there is enough evidence to warrant a TWC for him. Has he replied to that message at any point after you've posted this?
