    Duping on WoW

Do you guys think it is possible, many people have began to believe there are dupes on WoW because of the sudden rise of deathchargers, vial of sands, and gems. I personally believe it is large investors who decided to dump their investment which didn't work too well or botters who farmed the ingredients and decided to sell items such as Vial of Sands at a lower price. So far I am yet to see any proof of duping but there is reason to believe it has been heavily farmed and dumped.

I bring this up because recently I decided to post against duping but many believe these items are heavily duped. What I don't understand is the logic behind it if somebody dupes an item shouldn't it be duped by the hundreds not by the 1s or 2s. A lot of people thought Queen garnets were being duped but failed to realize the sudden price drop was due to people getting more involved in DS almost every toon that is above 85 has cleared DS at least once. Does anybody have actual proof not words of others where dupes are occurring because personally I don't believe it is being duped but many don't agree with that I still believe some people enjoy grinding to make their gold. What do you guys think I don't know if most of you have experienced any price drops but it would be nice to hear from you guys.

Its dupes, either its the stock from the last dupe being released now (which was posted on owned core just before it got patched, you could dupe tcg/unique mounts through the guild bank systems) or someone is holding onto another.

take last month for example, some guy was selling stacks of sands of time all day in trade, now one stack is 60k (3k each) and he was selling them for 12k a stack. i bought 2 stacks and he had many many more, if he can advertise all day on the highest pop eu server im pretty sure he must if been sitting on potentially millions of sands.

He was doing it for about 2 weeks on different level 80s dressed in sor gear with names like ujkjkeywui, imagine what his stock must of been.

eitherway the rise in the number of tcg mounts speaks for itself, you used to see what? 2 or 3 on ah if you were lucky and now there is about 20 or more up at a time

Hmm my realm wasn't that bad I'm on pretty high pop servers on US realms and there's hardly any tcg on AH just more chargers, vials are about 24k, but some tcg loot seems pretty cheap aswell.

Yes duping happens. Seen on the forums, one guy bought 300x Queens Garnets for 600,000g (back when they were 2000g-3000g each) total only for a GM to remove them without a refund due to them being ill-gained items.

I remember a while back when the new gems dropped massively in like 1 week. Some level 1s selling them for only 100 at the same time... Pretty sure it was a dupe.
