Got scammed, how do I win the PP dispute?

Long story short: I got scammed by another Sythe user. I bought a runescape account for 140$ and he recovered it.

I'm going to file a dispute against him on paypal, but I'm afraid that when he mentions that it was a sale of virtual goods, paypal will close the dispute in his favor.

What can I do to win the dispute? Any help/input appreciated.

that u got scammed in virtual trading. Its not illegal or anything and its not they don't like it at all. U need to have proof.

 

Hmm I don't know. I have had a dispute in the past where I was the seller, I mentioned it was about virtual goods and they immediately closed the dispute in my favor.

Well was it gift option? Services? What did he file under, if u have enough proof t shouldn't be a problem, PayPal doesn't like virtual goods but they don't like fraud either

 

No I listed it as goods, makes a huge difference right?

 

If you did goods, you just say you didnt receive your goods.
In a goods dispute its about how much proof he can provide that he dilivered the goods.

Alright so I'll open a dispute saying I did not receive any goods and ask him for tracking info.

just tell your bank that someone stole your card and tell them that you did not authorize the purchase or use of the card
