Ebay FRAUD Help

Hey everyone, my item keeps getting taken down for fraud. My item isn't fraud, and I know there's somewhere you can sign something that I believe you fax to ebay that says the item is real. (this is so they can take legal action if they need to). I can't find it now though, can anyone help?

What item is it? And have you tried to contact eBay stating it is not a fraudulent item?

 

Insanity Workout DVDs. Yes I have, but I havn't got a reply. I found a thing you could sign, etc and I think you fax it to them that says it's authentic, but I can't find it now .

 

Maybe the company that made the DVDs does not allow sale on eBay.

 

That may be right. Damn, looks like I'm stuck with 22 Insanity Workout DVDs.
