How do they do it if they've snuck in? In regards to getting a job and ID's.

I'm really interested please reply intelligently.

 

The jobs they work you don't have to have IDs. They work as day laborers usually which is how it sounds you sit around and wait for someone to call you to go do something be it picking fruit, fixing stuff, mowing lawns and they get paid in cash. It really isn't that hard if they go to a northern state who don't actively profile people of latino descent.

 

This is a stereotype. Many illegals come to the states and go to college, obtain legitimate ID's, get married and have families.

Also, for future reference. I'm not talking about the ones that legally obtain citizenship via a passport. I'm talking about the ones that have gotten across the border undocumented.

A recent news report in TIME magazine was written by an illegal who came out publicly regarding his status. For the past ten years he has been an established journalist.

I'm interested in those kinds of people. People who live their lives like a normal citizen, completely under the radar.

 

It isn't a stereotype if it is true. A lot of them come here and work hard labor jobs that allow them to get paid in cash and work under the radar. They may come here for college and a better life, but the sad truth is that they usually end up working manual labor jobs. Statistically they end up working as laborers.

You seem like you are just trying to prove people wrong and aren't actually interested in a discussion. You are bear baiting.

 

That isn't the case. I'm redirecting the discussion towards the group of illegals who successfully create lives for themselves under the radar.

I want to know how they do it, that much was, at least, clear.

 

Their Uncle Paco usually provides them with the proper identification.

 

The same was you live your own life, nothing is different except you're considered a part of society and they aren't. Everything they do is just illegal, driving without a license, not paying taxes, etc.

 

They just keep under the radar, they avoid any interactions with law enforcement and such so they are not caught and sent back to their country. A lot of them do labor work and such because that is most of them are used to doing.

 

Emperor_Nero is correct, Most of them do not get an education and are forced to work hard labor jobs such as construction (deck building & sheds etc.). And living in a northern state in America I know personally first had that the group of people you are talking about is less then 1%. Majority of the illegal immigrants (from what i see and hear on the news) are "Mexican" so im going to push the conversation towards them mostly. About 60% migrate back to mexico before fall ends. The rest tough it out up here with there families. Ive had about 6 people from my school deported that i know about, The goal of most immigrants is to better there lives, but once they realize they cant like they dreamed of they give the dream to there children (eduction, and there more likely to get citizenship). But the others just do it for work and not wanting to live here at all. As for the 1% they probably forged documents evaded the spotlight to much, paid for things in cash. There isnt going to be a lot of information on this because only a group full of people are able to pull it off, and if the information was leaked they would eventually be caught. And im assuming there in a city environment where theres access to tons of public transportation, low end jobs, and as the guy who was a writer probably pushed his work up to his boss when they had an opening and got it.

 

I just found out some more information regarding this topic. New Mexico and Washington are very unique states. They allow people to obtain U.S. drivers licenses without proof of citizenship.

 

Mostly you'll find these people at home depot ( not being steroptye) but yah..

No, I'm a legal citizen. I wasn't looking for tips.

 

They just live their life like you normally would except they take great exception to not do anything that would draw the police to them such as large parties or committing minor crimes. I would assume the smarter ones would just do some searching at the library and steal the identity of a dead person then change the name of that dead person to theirs.

 

A man did that in the UK, faked his own death by pretending he drowned at sea then got a passport from the UK of a dead person the same age as him then collected his life insurance payout and fled to a different country but got caught when his photo was posted online.
