How to Split one image to several to link multiple URL's?

For example, this signature:

Is broken up into the name, vouches, and gold shop. (you can tell because you can only save 1 of those images at a time)

But they are put together on the signature as if it were 1 image.
How would you do this?

 

There are numerous threads that explain this. First you slice the image in Photoshop using the slice tool. Then you upload all of the pieces to a image hosting site, I prefer imgur.com. Next Place the pieces into your/whoever's signature box. Finally use the globe with the link icon at the top of the box to link an image (highlight the image text). If the result is misplaced and all screwed up don't panic just mess around with the spaces and what not and it should fix up.
