    Not to flame or anything, but I think your title is extremely misleading, the account is not rare in any sort just because it has 99 hp untrimmed, which could have been easily boosted through soul wars or some hp only method very easily

    I think you'll find 130+ combat with only HP is extremely rare, so no its not misleading what so ever, This was done through slayer/bossing and pure training, soul wars is for 30 combat pures. This was my main until i gave RS up and my main goal on it was 98 all combat skills which i almost done.

    You find me 10 people who are 130+ combat with untrimmed hp and 98 combat skills and ill give you a medal.
