It was also used on powerbot, but the account isn't banned. I'm very lazy and I hate powerbot so I wont bother reporting him there, but you can.

You don't need to stick your nose in the air and act like a smart ass just because you searched some e-mails from a thread. Sypherz did not process that report because they OP did NOT read the stickies or follow the proper template. We do often search up e-mails to check for ban evasion or offsite scamming, but you can't expect every mod to search every e-mail.
