Why does Texas hate Runescape?

I'm also from Texas and I would like to confirm that I can't download it. I Also remember a few years back I could and then for some reason it wouldn't let me re-download. Never looked into it. Here's proof :love:

It doesn't give you a reason anywhere? I don't see how a state can tell you what you can and can't download :S use a 3rd party client or find another site that has the official runescape client for download?

 

I kept trying to find a way to download but nothing:/ Also it doesn't tell me anywhere I can't download because I live in Texas. I'm guessing there are also other areas that don't support the client
