Gave him a bil via WU at which point he told me he couldn't send the payment instantly and he'd be going 'soon'. I asked for a refund, because he didn't state that he had to go in at his leisure to make the payment, but he basically refused and said he'd do it soon basically. I would advise against trading with this guy until he comes through with my payment at least - after all he shouldn't even be trading right now.
