Living with Fissured Tongue

Hey everyone, I have never talked to anyone about this so I decided that I'll share my story here.

If you are going to hate on me please don't. I am a human and I have feelings.

Anyways, I have something called Fissured Tongue. It has been bugging me for years. I just don't feel good about myself with it.

I'm always worried, I have actually never been in a serious relationship but I'm worried sick if I ever will be in one the girl will notice my tongue and break up with me or say something mean about my tongue. I am also woried everyday that someday somebody will say something loud about my tongue and i'll get everyones attention. There is no cure for Fissured Tongue and it's probably permant.

So I am asking, if you were a girl and saw somebody with Fissured Tongue, would you ever consider making out with him or be in a relationship with him?

Mine isn't that bad like some people have, if you google the third picture is very similiar to my tongue.

No, be yourself, be happy with what you have, there is nothing wrong with you buddy and any girl would be a fool if she were to not want to be in a relationship with you because of your tongue.

 

My ex had a similar condition called Geographical Tongue and all I can really say is that if someone cares about you they won't judge you by a benign tongue condition. Her case was mild and you could only tell if you were looking for it. I am sure yours isn't bad and it shouldn't be a big problem.

Its really hard to give my opinion on this when I've never heard of fissured tongue, and upon googling it there would appear to be a big variation on how it looks.

It would really help if you posted a picture of what your tongue looks like.

But either way you need to stop worrying about it, a tongue, is a tongue. Everybodies tongue's look different and nobody stops you look and analyse your tongue either.

Tell me this, when was the last time you stared at someones tongue? ... Exactly so stop worrying about yourself, nobody is staring at it nor should they care.

And if you were in a relationship with a girl that really liked you, she won't not care either, because it makes no difference. Its the same as having a mole, acne or excessive hair, just something you need to learn to live with, stop letting it ruin your self of steam/confidence.

To be blunt, no one cares how your tongue looks, and therefore, neither should you .

 

Yeah, I agree. You shouldn't judge a person by its tongue. It's just that you never know which girl you might meet, and what she'll say to you.

 

I can pretty much guarantee you 99% when you meet a girl, she isn't going to say to you "wow omg ur tongue". Remind yourself the positive things about yourself not the negative and you'll feel much better.

Trust me it is no big deal, I just looked up fissured tongue and geographic tongue, and realized I have geographic tongue! Nobody has ever noticed it, I noticed my tongue was kind of discolored but it never has caused me pain or discomfort. You'll be alright buddy, no buddy will make a big deal out of it as long as you don't.

 

Queen, if you can spit good game bitches won't even notice your fissured toungue. Seeing that you have a fissured toungue. It might actually be a good thing, especially when you go down on a girl. The variation and differences in surface area on your tounge can cause a euphoric feeling in your partners vagina causing them to ejaculate at an even faster rate. hahahahaha I have no idea what im talking about.

I just googled it and it doesn't even look bad at all. I wouldn't notice that about someone unless they told me.
And honestly, do you constantly have your tongue sticking out lol? Cause otherwise I would never see it.
I can understand if you're kissing someone, but still, it would be hard to notice unless they're sucking on your tongue or something

I don't think you need to use your tongue in a relationship. Kissing without tongues should be acceptable?

 

I dont think I've actually ever seen a tongue for an amount of time for me to notice if it was even a real thing. Don't worry about it
