can Matkes get charged back?

If alot of the people who bought the duped gp from him are getting banned, would playerauctions charge him back?

I'd also like to know if JaGeX can take legal actions towards him as he has gone off with hundreds of thousands of dollars from this dupe.

 

Andy im sorry to say but if paypal is used PA cannot prevent chargebacks..... They are simple middlemen.... i was hit my scammers on playerauctions and i had to pay it all plus the friggin fees.

My paypal was glowing red for several days.

 

Personal experience from this aswell, additionally it is really based on your credit standing with your bank or credit company, if u have excellent credit and you file a chargeback say for 20k$ spent on RSGP, even of u lie to your financial institution they will look into your credit and such and u will most problably win
