ban him before he steal from others

I wanted to make sure it was him posting on my thread, so i requested a PM. He did that, he wrote his email. First, he wanted me to give him half of 736M then he pays 290$ WU, then i give him the rest.

So i trade him half of 736M rsgp, he tells me i might scam if i dont trade the others. He is really being a bitch when making deals with him. Before all this he clearly tells me it will be a instant WU transfer, so i trade him the other half, total of 736M (approx, watch vid...) then i wait for almost 2 hours and he goes offline.
