You can simply contact greendot fraud and file a claim on the MoneyPak
They will ask you to verify the receipt number (Keep your receipt..Duh..)
They will see it was applied to an account in a different area than it was purchased.
Greendot will freeze the MoneyPak's funds, and a money order will be issued to the purchaser within 7-10 business days
With the original amount of funds loaded onto the MoneyPak.
Just a little idea of how Moneypak's can be used securely.
