What is the Glitch that money was made off?

Hey there, I've been off RS for a LONG time same with Sythe and just want to ask whats been going on with runescape lately and what exactly happened with the glitch, please do enlighten me.

 

I'm sure this is it / has something to do with it.

 

Which one? There was like 500 glitches every day. And if you want to know aobut ones that still exist good luck. Cause no one will tell you.

 

There was a glitch where money was duplicated and people made bills of it, but now since someone put the video on Youtube some person posted the link on Jagex forums and now they are banning/locking any accounts that did this glitch.

 

It's not because of the video Jagex found out and started banning.

2College was banned because of it btw, as were many others.

 

It had nothing to do with crucible.

lol your wrong . the crucible glitch introduced hundreds of billions if not a few trillion into the game . id say thats a pretty big fucking impact, not saying this royhax character didnt find another glitch but the crucible was introducing TONS. we have people on sythe who abused the crucible glitch and made BILLIONS UPON BILLIONS one even made video proof so dont bother trying to call bullshit.

 

It was an issue with the money pouch, not the crucible itself. I'm friends with all active members of haxunit, and I've seen their 80b/h dupe.

You are wrong. The only thing that mattered was that you were recieving gp and had a full money pouch/inventory. Crucible was one (very inefficient) way to do it.

You could dupe max cash stacks at once by using the duel arena.

I couldn't agree more. if you think about it, its crazy because just off this glitch people have made over $30000 off it IRL cash which is insane man

 

What I don't get is the fact that money pouches have been out for ages already, but people only abused the feature recently?
