Crucible Dupe

Does anyone have a legit video of it? I'm interested in the process behind it, not bothered about doing it.

Also, what will happen to people who obtained RSGP without using that method, but continued selling as per usual. People like myself, and all the other RSGP companies/dealers here and on other sites? Will they get banned for selling RSGP as per usual, as Jagex may think its all related to this dupe/glitch.

Anyway. Post your opinions/facts on what may happen.

Lee, as far as i'm concerned, they are going after the exploiters, then tracking the money.
I think legit sellers/buyers shouldn't be worried.

 

you would be surprised how many legit sellers will jump at the opportunity dupe or not to buy gp that cheap and move it quick, I know several who have bought duped gp and resold it at a profit.

There are currently no videos of it.
There is also no proof that the method everyone is describing was the actual method (I've tried it myself 24 hours ago, did NOT work).

So far, there is no proof of the dupe - however someone sold a lot of gp for 0.35/m on player auctions this month, therefore crashing prices. This is the only person I currently believe knew about the real method

 

The dupe did work and was confirmed to be patched yesterday by a j mod, the video was released after the patch by the way, that was the method he was using and once patched I believe he leaked the method in game and then when more found out it was patched. Honestly if somebody didn't post the video on Jagex forums it probably wouldn't have been patched yesterday.

 

Doubt it, once it went too public (on friday/saturday) most players that are involved with community etc already knew something was fishy.
I mean, even bypassers could see something was wrong. Those bot sellers basically halved their prices.
