how safe is pa?

I know this may be a really dumb question, but I've never used pa before so im trying to figure this out. How safe is it using pa? If buying an account is it any safer than just using a middleman? Please somebody inform me

I would think for anything PA Is still the safest bet, but for some things, Ie(Pinker said, accounts) they can never be fully safe, but PlayerAuctions does as much as they can/has the best service for this. :0 (Safety wise)
