What do you buy from eBay?

What do you usually use eBay for? How often do you buy from there?

Just a little bit curious to see what all people shop for online.

 

I'll admit I do buy some fake brands, Ralph Lauren, Dr Dre Beats etc, and say to mates they're from the store but hey ho, I can't notice the difference to be fair compared to my authentic ones.

 

Condoms are sooooo cheap on E-bay. So are retro sweets. Little bits and pieces like HDMI cables, replacement chargers ect are also so cheap from China on E-bay. Yeah, I buy them from time to time.

 

Old school video games.
They don't really sell any more games for the old consoles so ebay is the best way to get em.

 

If I need something that I can't buy in a regular store, I'll buy it on eBay.

 

I haven't used eBay in ages. I browse it sometimes, though, just to look at unusual things such as antiques.

When I did use it, though, I looked at RS accounts. This was back in 04/05, though.

I rarely buy from eBay. I'm more of an Amazon guy, in which case it's mainly PC components + video games.

 

Basically whatever you want, from a ipod charger,
to a car or even a thong. There's alot of china manufactures there
allow alot of products to be sold to worldwide buyers for really
silly cheap, but the wait is about a month. >_<

Also, I buy video games, Xbox accessories, Computer Parts
(Pretty much anything that has to do with technology)

 

I bid on some game lots if there are some good ones to bid on.

 

on ebay you can get real ipod/ipads right after christmas for like 1/10 the price.. bought a new ipad 2 after christmas for like $200.. using it to post this

 

Is it just me, or does anyone buy a lot of crap from internet sites, when you see that it's cheap, and then not find any use for them?

I've got a lot of junk lying about in my room, which I have acquired this way.

 

I often look at older video game consoles, I'm saving at the moment for a Nintendo 64. ;3

 

The only time i buy stuff on Ebay is if i can't find it on Amazon or if Ebay is a far bit cheaper than Amazon.

For example i purchased an old xbox 360 game i used to love playing a couple weeks ago on an Ebay auction because i thought it was over-priced on amazon.

 

Defiantly buy parts for my '94 Nissan 240SX. Also buy anything electronic, and I have dipped a little into the selling section of things too. Ebay is my absolute favorite site to buy/sell things on.

 

Books mostly. I bought an old school SRL 35mm camera a month or so ago. It came fully working with a lens worth double what I paid for the entire thing.

 

I used to buy everything i needed irl off of ebay back in 2007/2008 when i was not old enough to have a debit card and I had nothing else to spend my paypal money on from selling gold/pins on rs so i used to buy ipods and headphones and sell them on at school or just use them lol, but now i rarely use ebay, now and again ill look for a good deal but its sort of become too much of a business i tried to get a nexus 7 cheap but they were all selling for above the price you pay from buying it brand new anyways, that always confuses me, but yeah, I'd only use ebay for items i can't get irl now. used to be good fun though being 13 and bidding on things and waiting for them to come in the mail lol

 

Not much, I pretty much only use eBay when I can't get certain books. But, my parents have bought headphones, and other items of that sort off eBay.

 

I don't really like eBay. I've had some pretty bad experiences with both eBay and Paypal in the past. For online shopping I like using Amazon now. The transactions are just so smooth and I just feel safer shopping/selling on it than eBay.

 

I buy a fair few cables and also any sailing gear if I need it. It's brilliant, people will sell an expensive jacket, brand new still in the packaging but branded with boat logos for an campaign that's just ended or something for a tenth of the shop price. Can't believe people can afford to practically give stuff away like that.
